You must choose "Premium Shipping On Ice", as a product for $13.00, if the temperature in between Ohio and your delivery area is expected to be above 75 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 days after your order is placed. This is to ensure a quality product upon arrival.  We use flat rate shipping by the United States Postal Service with tracking. Please note the shipping fees for up to six cheeses is only $7.95. Typically, orders ship weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays.  USPS service has downgraded
